New Britain police report the following:

Neyshalee N. Quinonez, 19, 33 E. Raymond St., third floor, Hartford, was charged on May 7 with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

Eliud M. Rodriguez, 37, 38 Newington Ave., New Britain, was charged on May 7 with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Erroll L. Brantley, 45, 977 West Blvd., Hartford, was charged on May 7 with disorderly conduct.

Jose M. Encarnacion, 16 Hurlburt St., New Britain, was charged on May 7 with first-degree forgery, two counts criminal possession of a firearm, illegal possession of large magazine, possession of controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia, three counts of first-degree failure to appear and four counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Raymond Charles Delbarba, 53, 41 Beaver St., New Britain, was charged on May 7 with failure to respond to infraction.

Tania Escobales, 39, 710 Shutle Meadow Ave., New Britain, was charged on May 8 with violation of protective order.

Jonathan William Searle, 44, 133 Wynola Ave., New Britain, was charged on May 8 with interfere with officer/resisting and first-degree criminal mischief.

Johnnie Colon, 22, 36 Wakefield Court, New Britain, was charged on May 8 with disorderly conduct.

Jose Mena, 21, 98 Glen St., first floor, New Britain, was charged on May 8 with second-degree larceny.

Quwan Akheem Richards, 28, 57 Madison St., New Britain, was charged on May 8 with violation of probation.

Corintheus M. Stepney, 27, 124 Federal Court, Bristol, was charged on May 8 with interfere with officer/resisting and false statement.

Dejanira Pena, 28, 267 Chapman St., third floor, New Britain, was charged on May 8 with disorderly conduct and interfering with officer/resisting.

Jason W. Soto, 27, homeless, New Britain, was charged on May 8 with second-degree breach of peace.

Felix Arroyo, 34, 182 Jubilee St., third floor, New Britain, was charged on May 9 with disorderly conduct and interfering with emergency call.

Indian Cure Summer, 58, 580 Black Rock Ave., New Britain, was charged on May 9 with two counts of second-degree failure to appear, interfering with officer/resisting, illegal operation of motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, illegal operation of motor vehicle without minimum insurance, illegal operation of motor vehicle under suspension, disobeying signal of officer and traffic control signals.

Jelani Joseph, 26, 44 Clinton St., second floor, New Britain, was charged on May 9 with possession of less than ½ ounce cannabis and illegal operation of commercial motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs.

Angel M. Roman, 59, 45 Putnam St., New Britain, was charged on May 9 with following too closely and illegal operation of commercial motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs.

Kimberly A. Clark, 59, 234 High St., New Britain, was charged on May 9 with risk of injury to a child.

Naomi L. Dabreu, 45, 476 Stanley St., New Britain, was charged May 9 with possession of controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia and second-degree failure to appear.

Kason Cook, 34, 1 Summit Hotel, Newington, was charged on May 9 with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

Ajee Nicole Velasquez, 24, 83 Nooks Hill Road, Cromwell, was charged on May 9 with two counts of sixth-degree larceny.

Jose Antonio Velasquez, 34, 280 High St., Apt. 3s, New Britain, was charged on May 9 with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, use of motor vehicle without permission and interfere with officer/resisting.

Derrell Neal, 24, 110 High St., Apt. 3, Bristol, was charged on May 10 with illegal operation of motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, operating unregistered motor vehicle, failure to drive upon right and operating motor vehicle without license.
